1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and verified. Custom orders, built-to-order items, large lift kits, or special-order wheels/tires may take longer to process (typically 5–14 business days). We will notify you via email if your order requires additional processing time.
2. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We ship using a combination of carriers depending on the size and weight of your order:
- UPS and FedEx for smaller packages and parts.
- Freight carriers (including LTL – Less Than Truckload) for large, heavy, or oversized items such as bumpers, lift kits, wheels & tires, roof racks, and bed covers.
We offer the following shipping options at checkout (where available):
- Standard Ground Shipping
- Expedited Shipping (2–5 business days)
- Freight Shipping for oversized items
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Your shipping address
- Weight and dimensions of the package(s)
- Selected shipping method
Important Notes:
- Large or heavy items (lift kits, wheels, tires, bumpers, etc.) often incur additional freight charges. These charges are calculated and displayed at checkout whenever possible.
- Some remote or rural areas may have higher shipping fees or limited delivery options.
- We do not offer free shipping on most items due to the size and weight of automotive products. Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly stated on the product page or during checkout.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed. Delivery times are estimates only and do not include processing time.

- Standard Ground: 3–7 business days
- Expedited: 2–5 business days
- Freight Shipping: 5–14 business days (may require a scheduled delivery appointment)
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that freight deliveries may require a signature and an appointment.
5. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. Changes may not be possible once the order has been processed or shipped.
6. International Shipping
We currently ship only within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). We do not offer international shipping at this time.
7. Risk of Loss
All items are shipped with insurance through the carrier. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the carrier takes possession of the shipment. If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier.
