Overview

At Starwood Customs, we take pride in delivering high-quality vehicle upfits and parts. Because many of our services and products are custom-ordered or installed specifically for your vehicle, our return policy is limited. Please read the following carefully before making a purchase.


Installed Services — No Returns or Refunds

All labor and installation services are non-refundable once completed. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Lift kits and suspension systems
  • Wheel and tire mounting and balancing
  • Bumper and armor installation
  • Toolbox and tonneau cover installation
  • Window tint
  • Any other vehicle upfit or custom work

If you have a concern about workmanship or installation quality, please contact us within 7 days of your service date. We stand behind our work and will make it right.


Custom-Ordered Parts — No Returns or Refunds

Items that are special-ordered or custom-ordered specifically for your vehicle are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes wheels, tires, specialty bumpers, custom lighting, and any part ordered to your specification.

Please confirm all vehicle details, fitment, and specifications with our team before placing a custom order.


In-Stock Parts — 30-Day Return Policy

For in-stock parts and accessories purchased but not yet installed, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • Item must be in original, uninstalled condition
  • Item must be in original packaging with all included hardware and documentation
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Items that have been installed, modified, or damaged are not eligible for return
  • Electrical components, lighting, and window tint film are final sale once purchased

Approved returns may be eligible for a store credit or exchange. Cash or card refunds are issued at Starwood Customs' discretion.


Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a part that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 5 business days of receipt. We will work with you and the manufacturer to resolve the issue through replacement or warranty claim. Starwood Customs is not responsible for manufacturer defects beyond what the manufacturer's warranty covers.


No Returns On

The following are strictly non-returnable under any circumstances:

  • Installed or used parts
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Window tint (once cut or applied)
  • Electrical components once opened
  • Any item not in its original condition

To request a return on an eligible in-stock item, contact us before bringing the item in:
